ಶ್ರೀ ಅರವಿಂದ ಬೆಲ್ಲದರವರು ಮೇ 2013 ರಿಂದ ಹುಬ್ಬಳ್ಳಿ-ಧಾರವಾಡ ಪಶ್ಚಿಮ ವಿಧಾನಸಭಾ ಕ್ಷೇತ್ರದ ಶಾಸಕರಾಗಿ ಕಾರ್ಯ ನಿರ್ವಹಿಸುತ್ತಿದ್ದಾರೆ. ಇವರು ಭಾರತೀಯ ಜನತಾ ಪಕ್ಷದಿಂದ ಆಯ್ಕೆಯಾಗಿರುತ್ತಾರೆ. ಶ್ರೀಯುತರು 03ನೇ ಅಗಷ್ಟ 1969 ರಲ್ಲಿ ಶ್ರೀ ಚಂದ್ರಕಾಂತ ಬೆಲ್ಲದ ಹಾಗೂ ಶ್ರೀಮತಿ. ಲೀಲಾವತಿ ಚಂದ್ರಕಾಂತ ಬೆಲ್ಲದ ಇವರ ಐದನೆಯ ಮಗನಾಗಿ ಜನಿಸಿದರು. ಪ್ರಾಥಮಿಕ ಹಾಗೂ ಪ್ರೌಢ ಶಿಕ್ಷಣವನ್ನು ಕೆ.ಇ. ಬೋಡ್ರ್ಸ ಪ್ರೌಢಶಾಲೆಯಲ್ಲಿ, ಇಂಜನೀಯರಿಂಗ್ ಪದವಿಯನ್ನು ಎಸ್.ಡಿ.ಎಂ ತಾಂತ್ರಿಕ ಮಹಾವಿಧ್ಯಾಲಯ, ಧಾರವಾಡದಲ್ಲಿ ಹಾಗೂ ಫ್ರಾನ್ಸಿನ ಓಖಇಂಆ, ಸಂಸ್ಥೆಯಿಂದ ವ್ಯವಹಾರ ನಿರ್ವಹಣಾ ಶಾಸ್ತ್ರದಲ್ಲಿ ಕಉಆಒ ಪದವಿಯನ್ನು ಪಡೆದಿರುತ್ತಾರೆ. ಶ್ರೀಯುತರು ಪತ್ನಿ ಸ್ಮೃತಿ, ಮಕ್ಕಳಾದ ಅಗಸ್ತ್ಯ ಹಾಗೂ ಪ್ರಾಚಿಯವರೊಂದಿಗೆ ಸಂತೋಷದ ಜೀವನ ನಡೆಸುತ್ತಿದ್ದಾರೆ.
